Terms and Conditions of 67ff – Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating an account, or using any service available on the platform 67ff (accessible at 67ff.best), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Continued use of 67ff after any update to these Terms and Conditions is posted constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this document.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the services of 67ff, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older on the date of registration. 67ff strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18 years of age.
• Be an individual residing in Brazil with a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of 67ff or any of its service providers.
• Not having a previously closed account due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Not be located in a territory where online betting is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.

Identity verification (known as KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required prior to withdrawal approval or in the event of unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), Brazilian passport, and proof of residence issued within the last 90 days.

3. Registration and Account

Each user may hold only an active account on the platform 67ff. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, email address, IP address, or device — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. The following are required: full name as it appears on an official document, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Brazilian mobile number. Registering with false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Your account password is your sole responsibility. 67ff recommends using passwords of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for additional account security.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 67ff support immediately via live chat or by emailing suporte@67ff.best.
• 67ff will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

4. Deposits

A 67ff accepts the following payment methods for deposits, all processed in Brazilian reais (BRL):

• Pix: instant processing, available 24/7. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.
• Credit and debit card: Visa and Mastercard accepted. Credit may take up to 1 business hour to appear.
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário): processing time of up to 2 business days after payment.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: fast processing, usually within 15 minutes.
• TED bank transfer: available for accounts at major Brazilian banks, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may be returned or result in account suspension.

A 67ff does not accept deposits in cryptocurrencies, foreign currencies, or any payment method not listed above. Transactions sent via unauthorized methods will be returned to the sender, subject to the availability of return channels, with no liability on the part of the platform for any resulting delays.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at 67ff cover a wide range of sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and major European leagues), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, and e-sports. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00. The maximum stake per bet varies by market and can be checked on the platform before confirming your bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, except in cases covered by 67ff's void policy.
• The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the final odds for the bet, regardless of any subsequent market changes.
• Bets on events that are canceled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or suspended before completion will be declared void, and the staked amount will be returned to the user's balance.
• 67ff reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious error in the odds (for example, odds that are clearly incorrect compared to the market), notifying the user before the event.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to specific rules displayed in the live betting section of the platform.

Any attempt to manipulate bets, use automated systems to exploit odds inefficiencies, or coordinate bets across multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in voided bets and account closure.

6. Casino Games

The casino games available at 67ff — including crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman, roulette, slots, blackjack, baccarat, and live casino — are provided by licensed and audited third-party suppliers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Spribe.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is set by the provider and can be found in the game information section within the platform.
• Crash games operating with a Provably Fair system allow users to cryptographically verify the outcome of each round. Verification instructions are available within each game's interface.
• All casino game results are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) algorithms. 67ff does not interfere with outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a server disconnection or provider outage — the policy applied is that of the corresponding game provider, which may include voiding the round or crediting the bet amount.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

All promotions and bonuses offered by 67ff — including the 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00, weekly cashback, free bets, tournaments, and reload bonuses — are subject to specific terms published on each promotion's page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover: is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. The rollover for each promotion is disclosed before activation and can be tracked in real time under the "Bonus" tab in your account.
• Validity period: bonuses with an expiry date will automatically expire if the rollover is not completed within the stipulated period. The user's real money balance remains unaffected.
• One deposit promotion at a time: two deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time. The second bonus can only be activated after the first is completed or expires.
• Contribution by category: different game categories contribute at varying percentages toward the rollover. The exact percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Welcome bonus: valid exclusively for the first deposit on each account. It cannot be claimed again if the account is reopened or a new account is created.
• Weekly cashback: calculated on net losses from Monday through Sunday and credited as real cash with no rollover every Monday. Cannot be carried over between weeks.

A 67ff reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, with prior notice published on the platform. Bonuses obtained through promotional abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once — will be canceled and the account may be closed.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 67ff are processed exclusively via Pix to bank accounts registered in the account holder's name. Processing time is up to 15 minutes for Pix withdrawals approved during business hours, and may be slightly longer during peak times or for requests subject to a security review.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) may be required. The process involves submitting a photo ID and proof of residence.
• Bonus balance with a pending rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fully met. Your real deposited balance may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of bonus status.
• If money laundering, fraud, or irregular activity is suspected, 67ff may place a hold on a withdrawal for up to 7 business days for review, notifying the user at their registered email address.

9. Responsible Gaming

A 67ff is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides tools to help users stay in control of their experience on the platform. These tools are available directly in the account, with no bureaucracy:

• Deposit limits: you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases take effect after 7 days.
• Session time limit: set an automatic alert or session timeout after a playing period you define.
• Temporary self-exclusion: suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During self-exclusion, logging in, making deposits, and placing bets are not possible.
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account closure with a re-registration restriction. This option is irreversible and can be requested through support.

11. User Conduct

By using the 67ff, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the Welcome Bonus more than once or to circumvent restrictions applied to an account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineer its systems, or interfere with 67ff's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity using the platform.
• Placing coordinated bets with other users to exploit promotions or guarantee outcomes regardless of risk (abusive arbitrage).
• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content in the live chat or any other interactive feature on the platform.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and balances obtained through the irregular conduct, and reporting to the relevant authorities when required by law.

12. Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 67ff. Prior to closure, any pending real-balance withdrawals will be processed as normal. Bonus balance with an unmet rollover will be canceled upon closure.

67ff may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to comply with a court or regulatory order.
• User identified as under 18 years of age.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, 67ff reserves the right to hold pending balances for as long as necessary to complete an investigation, as permitted by law. The user will be notified via their registered email of any account closure and of the process for filing a dispute, where applicable.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

A 67ff may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 7 days before taking effect, unless required by law or a court ruling with immediate effect.

The last updated date is always shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the effective date.
